NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, friends, and significant others of people with mental health conditions. The course provides information, strategies, and support to help you better understand your loved one’s challenges—and to take care of your own well-being.

Taught by trained family members who have been there, the program covers topics such as:
